Shipping Policy

Our delivery time is usually 6–12 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

You will then receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. We will also keep you updated via email on the progress of your delivery.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may be required to pay an import fee upon delivery. Any import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, as the purchase is considered a private import. Fullhair cannot regulate or take responsibility for these costs.

Uncollected Packages

What happens if you do not collect your package from the pick-up point?

Your package normally remains at the pick-up point for 7 days after arrival. If you do not collect your package, it may be returned to the postal terminal for reshipment or disposal.

The package will then be registered as “uncollected”, and we will charge you a fee of 10 GBP. The remaining order value will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used at checkout.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you must still accept delivery and then return the package in order to avoid it being registered as “uncollected.”
